Yes. Choose a Canadian province for automatic GST, HST, PST, or QST at the correct current rate, or set any custom tax rate and label for US sales tax or other jurisdictions. You can also mark individual line items as non-taxable.
What is the difference between an invoice, an estimate, and a receipt?
An invoice requests payment after work is done, an estimate proposes a price before work begins, and a receipt confirms payment was received. This tool creates all three — switch the document type at the top and the numbering, labels, and dates adjust automatically.
Can I make an invoice in French?
Yes. Switch the language to FR and the document becomes a proper facture with French labels — Facturer à, Sous-total, Total à payer — which is essential for invoicing clients in Quebec.
What should my invoice number be?
